Teflon High performance Special coating is a fluorine coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The English name is Teflon. Teflon coating is a unique high performance coating that combines heat resistance, chemical inertia, excellent insulation stability and low friction. The flexibility of its application allows it to be used in almost all shapes and sizes of products.
Teflon is divided into several basic types as PTFE,FEP,PFA,ETFE, ECTEF,PVDF:
l Teflon PTFE: PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene- F4) non-stick coatings can be continuously working at 260 ℃, with a maximum operating temperature of 290-300 ℃ and a very low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability. Temperature resistance is 120 ℃ -130 ℃, high positive pressure resistance is synchronized with the equipment shell, anti-negative pressure is -0.07Mp- -0.08Mp, the most competitve lining material- commonly known as Teflon. (Except for the molten state of alkali metal, fluorine and aromatic fragrant hydrocarbons), can resist the corrosion of all chemical media.
l Teflon FEP: FEP (ethylene fluoride propylene copolymer) non-stick coatings melt to form non-porous film during baking, which has excellent chemical stability and excellent non-stick property. The highest working temperature is 200 ℃.
l Teflon PFA: PFA (perfluoroakoxy) non-stick coatings melt and flow to form non-porous films during baking as FEP. The advantages of PFA are that it has a higher continuous working temperature at 260 ℃ and stronger toughness. Especially suitable for use in high temperature anti-stick and chemical resistance fields. Temperature resistance is 200 ℃ -220 ℃, high positive pressure resistance is synchronized with the equipment shell, back cover glass fiber reinforced adhesive adhesion function, combined our unique anti-negative pressure patented technology, anti-negative pressure up to -0.09Mp--- -0.95Mp
l Teflon ETFE:ETFE is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene. The resin is the toughest fluoropolymer, which can form a highly durable coating with excellent chemical resistance and can work continuously at 150 ℃.
l PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride-F2): Temperature resistance is 100 ℃ -110 ℃, high positive pressure resistance is synchronized with the equipment shell, anti-negative pressure is -0.07- -0.08Mp, hardness is higher, lining is a little bit more difficult, anti-corrosion ability is inferior to PTFE
l ECTFE (ethylenechlorotrifluoroethylene - F3): Temperature resistance is 100 ℃ -110 ℃, high positive pressure resistance is synchronized with the equipment shell, anti-negative pressure is -0.07- -0.08Mp, due to lower fluorine content, so the corrosion resistance is inferior to PTFE.
